COMING SOON: EOHOPS WIZARD

OVERVIEW

The Earth Observation Hosted Processing for Science (or EOhopS) program was developed by Cloudeo AG and the European Space Agency (ESA) to provide researchers and scientists with access to a “free” powerful hosted geoprocessing environment configured with the latest Earth Observation software, tools, and commercial data. The process to access this program, however, was convoluted and frustrating, causing the program to not garner the applications it needed to justify its continued implementation. To rectify this, I designed a wizard to help the applicant understand how the EOhopS program worked and to provide them with clear, friendly step-by-step instructions. I then worked with stakeholders to implement an email campaign.

14% positive contact rate from email campaign
